After cleansing, massage gently into damp skin, or mix with water/cosmetic water and apply. Avoid skin around the eyes and lips. After 10-15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-4 business days pending payment. Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

- For orders over R799 shipping is FREE OF CHARGE
- Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
- Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
- We use uAfrica and associated courier partners for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

RETURNS
If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Unfortunately, Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
