Orders:
Can I Change or Cancel My Order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email info@skintheory.co.za with your order details as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, there is a high chance that your order has already been passed on to the warehouse, which means that we are unable to make anymore changes.

Your orders might be automatically combined if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address and name.
Please note that the shipping fees for orders that may be combined are non-refundable.
Something is Missing from My Order
Please note that the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Any orders containing the Mini Beauty Fridge and other skin care products can also arrive at different times.
We recommend checking the email with your tracking link to see if you receive any additional tracking information. If your item is indeed missing or MIA, please reach out to us at info@skintheory.co.za!
Help! My Order is Being Returned to Skin Theory
If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

I Want to Return My Product, What Do I Do?
Please note that Payflex is not a part of Skin Theory, so they are not involved in product delivery, cancellations, or returns.
Until refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed by the merchant, Payflex requires you to continue paying instalments. This is to avoid penalty fees and a negative credit rating with Payflex.
Once your cancellation/return/refund has been processed by the merchant, you will be reimbursed for everything you have paid to date on the bank card that you used to make the original purchase. If the return is less than the total order amount, your instalments will be adjusted accordingly.
I Have Had a Refund Processed, But it's Still Not Reflecting in My Account.
Are There Really NO Extra fees and Interest Rates?
That’s right, and we’ll shout it from the rooftops! THERE REALLY ARE NO INTEREST OR EXTRA FEES. <br>
Simply put, we’re not like your traditional finance companies. We believe in giving you the choice to get it now and pay later! <br>
Pay your scheduled payments on time and you’ll pay the original price your item was advertised for. It does sound too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, it’s not. There’s only one time you would ever pay more…and that’s if you miss a scheduled payment. Then, sadly, we’ll have to charge a R85.00 (incl. VAT) default fee to cover our costs and a further R85.00 (incl. VAT) for every week the instalment is outstanding for a maximum of three (3) charges. So, to avoid the drama, just make sure you have money in your account in advance of your scheduled instalment. We’ll email you in advance every time as a reminder.
