Rovectin’s Conditioning Cleanser is a gentle, low-pH, hydrating cleanser. It safely washes away daily grime without stripping your skin of its protective moisture barrier. The best part? No more tight skin after cleansing. Formulated using Glycerin which is a natural hypoallergenic agent that absorbs and retains moisture from the air to keep the skin toned and hydrated, and Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, an organic compound derived from coconut oil that maintains pH levels and serves as an alkaline pH buffer agent. This ingredient is suitable for individuals with sensitive skin, including children and babies because of its mild and non-irritating properties.

After removing makeup with makeup remover, use 2-3 pumps of the Conditioning Cleanser and lather between your palms. Massage the micro foam on your face and rinse with lukewarm water.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-4 business days pending payment. Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

• Shipping Cost is calculated dynamically based on time and your location. This is to give you the best rate available. 
• For orders over R799 shipping is FREE OF CHARGE
• Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
• Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
• We use uAfrica and associated courier partners for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• We currently do not ship out of South Africa, please keep an eye on our social channels for the latest updates.
   

RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Unfortunately, Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

MISSING ITEMS

Please note that the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments.  We recommend checking the email with your tracking link to see if you receive any additional tracking information. If your item is indeed missing or MIA, please reach out to us at info@skintheory.co.za
