The Jumiso All Day Vitamin Clean & Mild Facial Cleanser is a gentle low-pH brightening cleanser that provides deep cleansing without irritation, dryness and tightness. This concentrated cleanser contains sea buckthorn extract and vitamin C to protect and brighten your complexion. Salicylic acid and chlorhexidine help relieve skin troubles by melting sebum inside the pores, and from their anti-inflammatory effects. Suitable for all skin types.

Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Acrylates Copolymer, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ascorbic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Coptis Japonica Root Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides Extract, Brassica Campestris (Rapeseed) Extract, Honey Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Tromethamine

1. Lightly moisten face and squeeze an amount of this cleanser into the palm.
2. Lather well, massage over the face and neck in circular motions.
3. Rinse the cleanser off with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-4 business days pending payment. Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

• Shipping Cost is calculated dynamically based on time and your location. This is to give you the best rate available. 
• For orders over R799 shipping is FREE OF CHARGE
• Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
• Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
• We use uAfrica and associated courier partners for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• We currently do not ship out of South Africa, please keep an eye on our social channels for the latest updates.
   

RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Unfortunately, Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

MISSING ITEMS

Please note that the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments.  We recommend checking the email with your tracking link to see if you receive any additional tracking information. If your item is indeed missing or MIA, please reach out to us at info@skintheory.co.za
