The oil is cold-pressed using a patented process of unheated water extraction, which ensures that the oil remains nutrient-dense and stays fresh for longer; it’s also straight from the ‘pip’ of the marula fruit, untouched by any chemical or fragrance, leaving it in its purest form. Amazingly absorbable, the oil is high in critical antioxidants (vitamin E and flavinoids amongst them) and rich in omegas 6 and 9, helping to moisturise, rejuvenate and nourish skin while restoring a youthful glow. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-4 business days pending payment. Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

• Shipping Cost is calculated dynamically based on time and your location. This is to give you the best rate available. 
• For orders over R799 shipping is FREE OF CHARGE
• Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
• Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
• We use uAfrica and associated courier partners for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• We currently do not ship out of South Africa, please keep an eye on our social channels for the latest updates.
   

RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Unfortunately, Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

MISSING ITEMS
