An upgraded version of the original Green Level Calming Toner – all the goodness of the original but without essential oils!

Designed for those with sensitive skin, this toner contains 10% Centella Asiatica, Madecassoside, and soothing Panthenol to help calm and repair tired or stressed skin. This low pH toner (5.5) balances out the pH level of the skin and ensures your skin is perfectly calmed and hydrated for the rest of your skincare routine.

Water, Centella Asiatica Extract (strengthens skin barrier), Butylene Glycol (humectants), Pentylene Glycol (skin-conditioning agents), Dipropylene Glycol (humectants), 1,2-Hexanediol (stabilizers), Trehalose (humectants), Sodium Hyaluronate (natural moisturizing factor/ humectants), Madecassoside (strengthens skin barrier), Asiaticoside (strengthens skin barrier), Asiatic Acid (strengthens skin barrier), Madecassic Acid (strengthens skin barrier), Panthenol (strengthens skin barrier), Carbomer (viscosity increasing agents), Allantoin (skin protectants), Arginine (skin-conditioning agents)

Pour a few drops into hands and press into face after cleansing; can be used morning and/or night.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-4 business days pending payment. Orders placed on Friday after will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

• Shipping Cost is calculated dynamically based on time and your location. This is to give you the best rate available. 
• For orders over R799 shipping is FREE OF CHARGE
• Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
• Once your order is ready shipping typically takes 2-3 days in South Africa following dispatch. For outlying areas, it may take 5-7 days.
• We use uAfrica and associated courier partners for door-to-door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to receive shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• We currently do not ship out of South Africa, please keep an eye on our social channels for the latest updates.
   

RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to Skin Theory because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of R60 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct R60 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Unfortunately, Skin Theory is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

MISSING ITEMS

Please note that the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments.  We recommend checking the email with your tracking link to see if you receive any additional tracking information. If your item is indeed missing or MIA, please reach out to us at info@skintheory.co.za
